1. Much Longer duration and 2. Much more expensive than both initial expectation as well as in comparison with other competitor estimates. 3.but very Friendly staff! 4. Coordination with enterprise team was helpful but it still had problems that needed resolved over 2 days with enterprise not properly closing the bill of a dropped off vehicle.

The repair quality was excellent and everything preformed to make the vehicle as new was very good. I know it was not your fault but 2 months to repair a vehicle is not acceptable. Need to have the higher powers make parts available or part ways. I pray my vehicle never needs another repair but if it does I will have DESOTO fix it.
