The DCC team was very professional throughout the entire repair process. The front office team was very friendly & kept me informed about repair work and parts. And the technicians did a great job on repairing the mirror. I’m very satisfied with their work and my experience with DCC.

When my accident happened, I called Desoto Collision Center to see about having my car towed to the Millington location for repairs. I was told that there was not a mechanic on site and they could not take me car. I had the car towed to the dealership in Covington. I was then told that I should have sent it directly to Millington and not the dealer. That was another $225.00. The repairs are not very professional. The back windshield washer line was just hanging from under the back rear of the vehicle. The parts that were wrecked and bent back out were not sealed. Some of it was, but most was not. They apparently used the inside of my vehicle as a work station. My vehicle is new and there was damage to my pull up handle in the trunk. The handle that is used to pull up the cover was completely crushed in. We were able to get the handle up, but there is damage to the cover. The inside of the car was so dirty. I believe my windows were left open while it was worked on. My husband is a mechanic and has fixed the issues that were not completed. This will probable be the last time that we use you for repairs. We had issues before but you worked them out. I am not going to have to keep calling you out on the repairs that should have been completed the first time.

From start to finish, DeSoto Collison Center is the BEST! They kept us informed of each step of the process, patiently answered our questions and addressed our concerns quickly. The repairs they did are unquestionably the best! We have not taken our vehicles any where else since a bad experience with another company. We cannot say enough great things about Desoto!! Take your vehicle there and trust that they will do the best job ever. You won't feel like another job to them either; they genuinely care that you are happy with the repairs.
