Wonderful experience. We have not had an insurance claim on a car in over 25 years so this was uncharted territory. I hit a deer and was thrilled with the people (Bobby) who helped us. Love my Toyota and thankful to be able to continue driving it. Can’t wait to get another hundred thousand miles on it!

I had an exceptional experience with DFW Collision Center. The handling manager and the entire team took full care of my car with utmost professionalism and satisfaction. Racheal truly stood out—when I was feeling low due to the other driver’s insurance company playing tricks, she boosted my confidence and even provided a written assurance via email that only original OEM parts would be used. That transparency meant a lot to me. The quality of work was outstanding: painting, denting, quarter panel and back panel repairs, car door work, tyre rim refurbishment, calibration, wheel alignment, and more. I received detailed invoices and parts lists, along with frequent updates throughout the process. My car was delivered on time (even earlier than expected) and looked brand new. Warm welcome, great ambience, fantastic communication—the list goes on. I highly recommend DFW Collision Center to anyone looking for honest, high-quality collision repair.

The DFW collision team was great! Bobby answered every question I had and was awesome when it came to communication and answering my calls. Our insurance was terrible but some how you guys made it better with your customer service and the person who helped us when we picked up our vehicle. She was vey patient and understanding and made sure we were taken care of.
