Very disappointed they open my front bumper and they messed up the whole thing and didn’t put back properly together. Now there’s a big gap between the bumper and headlight and the bumper is not adjusted at all is loose, which I don’t know why they open the front bumper damage was in the back.

Marcus and your team went above and beyond. My son had an accident a little over a week before he was supposed to drive from TX to AZ. I figured he would have to leave his car and get it at the Thanksgiving break. Marcus and team completed it before his departure date. Extremely thankful for all the hard work!!

Service and communication were very poorly..! My Wife's car on first pick up date was Not cleaned. It was Filthy, totally Unacceptable..! Management should check customer's vehicle before Delivery..! At All Times..! My Wife's car was not properly cleaned..! But we offer Forgiveness..!

The repair the bodywork and paint itself was good. Only issue I had was they forgot to plug in my driver side front door lock actuator so my key nor the door lock and unlock button on the door would lock my driver door i had to use my physical key
