Rachel and all the staff was very courteous and professional. Rachel went above and beyond and if any of my cars need work there I would ask for Rachel to be the one assigned to my car. Daniel in the body shop was also very helpful and he deserves also recognition, I would take my cars there hands down rather than other body shops in the area like Caliber or Service King. I had bad experiences with those other body shops.

Everybody went above and beyond for me. I had consistent phone calls with updates, the repairs were timely, and they even cleaned my car up as a part of the process. That is going the extra mile for the customer. It made a world of difference.
