Eventually it got repaired but center should look at ways to communicate more promptly and update customers. I needed multiple followups and visits to catch that my parts were not ordered. This took over cpl months. Satisfied with repair work otherwise.

Connie greeted me and started the process in a great way. Marcus quickly assessed my car and listen to what I wanted. He gave me a fair estimate and a 2 day timeframe It was ready exactly on time. The quick turnaround time minimized my use of a rental car which I greatly appreciate it. The car looks just perfect. I would highly recommend y’all to anyone looking for collision repair.
