Overall everything went well. The only thing was in the beginning when Chet was being honest and telling me about how it could take up to a month. Maybe that is the way it is in the DFW area for auto body repairs. But that didn't sit well with me but I figured it was the nature of the beast. Otherwise everything else was fantastic. Chat was great to work with and you guys did a really good job.

I've been very impressed with the work done on my bumper. But also just as impressed with the detailing that was done on my vehicle. That was a pleasant surprise!! My vehicle is almost like brand new with the detailing and repair work that was done. Chet did an amazing job with keeping me up to date on the vehicle. In the future I would do business with DFW collision West as well as recommend people to DFW collision West.

Not once but twice they saved the day, saved me money and saved me time doing a ReWork after a bad experience at a previous body shop who took shortcuts. Marcus was great.
