It was slow getting suff done and car got dirty with dirty boots Mark from the boot all over the car inside on the floor and the worker rip my Driver seat maybe with the tool in the back of his pants but accident happened now they’re going to replace the seat waiting for them get the part so they can fix it they will call me when they have the Driver seat

I was told 2 weeks and it was a couple of days less than 6 weeks. No communication. Just some random texts that said “still working on your car”. Three times as long as the estimate.

The overall repairs and finish were excellent, but the communication and scheduling were difficult. I brought the vehicle in on a scheduled day, only to be told the parts were still not in. I wish they would have called beforehand to tell me this. I had to call multiple times to get status updates about when the parts would arrive. I was told I would get a call later or the next day, but never heard anything back and would have to call myself.
