The paint job was awesome! After picking up my car I discovered when I got home that the daytime running light that was replaced didn’t work 100% of the time. It was intermittent, sometime it worked and other times it didn’t. I called and reported this to Diamond Body Shop. They ordered a new unit of the light and I brought the car back in for them to replace the light in the same day. The light works great now!

Diamond Body Shop did a superb job on restoring the right front bumper and daytime running light back to the original condition on my Lexus NX 200t! I was very impressed with the result, as if the accident never occurred.

Travis and the office staff ( front staff) were very helpful and made me feel at ease with my vehicle being left in their hands. They even cleaned the inside of the vehicle which they didn't have to. I would definitely go back to Diamond again if I do need body work.

Again, the staff at Diamond Auto Body was courteous and the repairs were completed fast. However, the paint application is less then satisfactory as there are air bubbles/debris in the paint on the hood. There is also a scratched paint on the bumper. We have been trying to address this with the staff, but there was no one available to examine the car yet. We were informed by the receptionist that there is a shortage of personnel at the moment. We will try to communicate and resolve this issue again this week.
