Great waiting room, friendly staff, the only reason I didn't give a 10 is it took forever to get in to have the work done...months and my car was ready for almost 2 days before I knew it was ready. They said they called but I never received a voicemail.

They were very friendly and even tried calling AAA to find out if I had to pay the deductible were on hold too long for me and them to wait so paid it but will be getting hold of AAA being the accident wasn't my fault
