We were told it would take 10 business days for repairs, ended up being 19 business days. No updates given unless we called. We were postponed numerous times for completion days with a random excuse each time.

When I brought my car in for the initial assessment, I had asked for a few additional areas in the location near the damage to be touched up with paint on the bumper. I was told this wouldn’t be a problem, with the understanding that I would pay the difference not covered by insurance. When I picked up my car, it was not done. When I asked why it wasn’t done, it was passed over with no real explanation. No offer was made to get it fixed, and I can’t wait another whole week for a few spots to be fixed due to needing my car. As a customer, the job felt rushed and it was obvious that either it wasn’t noted at the beginning, or someone neglected to be detailed. Disappointing.
