I will never recommend your shop, I am letting Allstate know they should remove your shop from their list of recommended shops. A simple call from someone you pay to communicate would be all that is needed.

No communication You quoted 3-4 days and promised communication. It took much longer and NO ONE from Diamond auto body called to let me know it would take 2x as long. I ended up calling and was given a very uncertain timeframe for my vehicle to be completed. The communication was a 0.

The hood of my car is not even/flush. Appears to be due to a rubber gasket that the hood sits on each side and the driver side fits lower down now since the repair
