So Thankful to have found this exceptional Auto body shop! Would definitely highly recommend! They were so amazing keeping us informed of our cars status each and every week, they were wonderful to deal with and I would highly recommend to any one who is in need of an honest and fast auto body shop. We visited and called several shops before choosing this shop and the people answering the phone were rude and said they had not heard of our insurance before, and some were over the top expensive, even charging for storage etc. we really did our research! Seemed as though some shops didn’t want our money which was strange to me and we didn’t want a low ball price just a fair one and an honest opinion of what needed to be done. We are thankful that our insurance let US pick the shop instead of them because, we were to make an informed decision. It is stressful when your car is damaged and it is and no fault of your own and you are out a vehicle! That’s where communication is key! We never had to call up and inquire because, we always knew what was going on and if a problem occurred we were also in the loop. The receptionist is also very knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy with the job and would not hesitate to go back if we are in need of a body shop again!

My overall experience with Diamond Auto Body was very positive. They were professional and pleasant to work with. The work performed on my car was very good. They returned my car very clean inside and out... thanks! The only area I was somewhat disappointed in is communication... my insurance company and car rental agency were also unhappy with the lack of timely communication. As I said, overall I had a good experience which could have been an excellent experience were it not for the one glitch.
