I am satisfied with how my car turned out but was not okay with receiving zero updates and even told I’d be called back to get an update twice on my car with no call back, and it taking a month rather than the week and a half I was told. I understand these things take time and that sometimes you run into issues but updates should be necessary. Especially because something like this costs a lot of money for both the person paying for the auto body shop as well as the rental car.

It’s the only place I’d take my car. On a side note, this has to be told: my son is in the US Navy. During his first deployment another Navy mom gave me a license plate frame which is suppose be a gesture that our sailors are being watched over. In the wreck it got bent and smashed and I was devastated (stupid I know but I miss my boy so much). When I got my car back it was completely normal and fixed again. I didn’t notice until I got home and I just cried. It was such a tiny gesture but made this mama so happy. Thank you to whoever did that. In a weird way it brought me peace.
