The work looks good. I am 73 yrs old and I have never had to: make an appointment for an estimate before, and I have also never had to wait a week for what I would call a one day repair. Maybe this is the new reality in the body shop business.

My reps on the phone and in person were business-like but not kind, encouraging, friendly or warm. See my first comment. I got good treatment, but I am not encouraged to come back.
