The worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. Diamond auto body had me drop my car off on 6/26, I asked about it and on 7/5 I got a reply that it is a big job and the shop was working hard on it. 2weeks later I drove by the shop and my car was parked by the front office, so I went into the parking lot to check it out. I was very surprised that the car had not been touched. I’ve had correspondence with Jesse on 2 separate occasions when she told me that she would get back to me by a certain day and did not. It is now 8/7 and I still do not have my car back. Ridiculous.
