They were really accommodating on doing the estimate on my vehicle and making sure to contact the rental agency for me when I arrived for the repairs to be done- the work was done quickly and professionally and I couldn’t be happier with the end results-

I have taken my car 3 times now. the second time i reported how tha passenger window gets stuck going up and then reverses as well as glass being in the speaker still, as well as the AC no longer working and making a clicking sound when the interior fan is turned on. It seems that no one listened and we were rushed out without even a follow up on our car. The only issue fixed or in my opinion taken seriosely was the speaker (the easiest re vacume realy?? where is the quality control?) It would have been nice to at least have an employee go over our car with us at delivery but it too much to ask for? I do not feel like a valude customer at this time. I have come to Diamond three times and i do not know if i will go back unless someone reaches out to fix these issues. Dan Hunden 775-379-2591
