I have taken my car 3 times now. the second time i reported how tha passenger window gets stuck going up and then reverses as well as glass being in the speaker still, as well as the AC no longer working and making a clicking sound when the interior fan is turned on. It seems that no one listened and we were rushed out without even a follow up on our car. The only issue fixed or in my opinion taken seriosely was the speaker (the easiest re vacume realy?? where is the quality control?) It would have been nice to at least have an employee go over our car with us at delivery but it too much to ask for? I do not feel like a valude customer at this time. I have come to Diamond three times and i do not know if i will go back unless someone reaches out to fix these issues. Dan Hunden 775-379-2591

Nancie is great and very helpful! However, the communication from DAB was insanely poor. No changes to completion time were shared, no updates on the change in estimate cost were shared, I got one text early in the process and then crickets afterwards. Zack was incredibly kind and understood, but given that the phone prompt literally says, you'll receive multiple updates throughout the time your car is in service, that absolutely didn't happen and was super frustrating.

The team at Diamond Autobody made my experience so easy! They communicated with insurance on my behalf, they even corrected my Enterprise rental reservation which i somehow made with the wrong location. They communicated status updates throughout the service time and has a strong relationship with Enterprise rental locally such that I was able to leave the key with them for Enterprise to pick up the car. I would recommend them to everyone who needs body work.

We had great service they contacted us at every step of the repair our truck was repaired completely and it looks great we appreciate the kindness shown to us during the repair time they even washed our truck before we were told to pick up the truck the work was perfect and truck looks new thank you so much ☺️
