The only comment is that I requested that the rubber around my passenger side rear door be replaced, which it was not. The last time I had body work done with you the rubber kept falling down. I came by and requested that it be fixed and one of your employees said it would be ordered and I would be called when it I arrived. I never heard back. So when I came in for another repair, I asked that this be completed. Gabriel said that he thinks that it is fixed and if it continues to be a problem to call back and he will make sure it is repaired.

Very satisfied with vehicle job, very dissatisfied with over 5 weeks to repair. Call a person to update instead of texting would be better. 2-1/2 weeks was original timing told to me to repair so I didn’t rent a car. Diamond had car still drivable 4 days before I got a text saying it was just getting to repair, then someone texted telling me they text me on Friday that car was ready but I never received so not until the next Tuesday did I get a text saying car was ready, I then called diamond and person said he might have left text to another phone?? This caused another 4 days no car! The desk assistance and temporary manager were nice enough.

My car looked great, inside and out. I loved the time that was taken to clean the inside if the car, it looked brand new. Did not expect that. The damaged that that was fixed on the outside of the car looks great as well well, I am very satisfied.
