I am only unsatisfied with the receptionist not seeing the charge correctly and myself when paying for my deductible. it was supposed to be $350 and she charged me $500 but they were quick to call me to get a check mailed out so I do appreciate that. I'm still waiting on a phone call from my estimator regarding the door lock inside. the driver's door will not lock the vehicle

Had trouble with insurance co. Dirk and Kendrick did an outstanding job of getting insurance to deal on the price. Dirk and his calm personality was mainly the reason I did not have to pay more over my deductible.
