From the first time I walked in the door to when I left with my vehicle repaired. I received excellent service. PJ Harding gave me a detailed estimate with full explanation of all the repairs needed and worked with my insurance company. I was kept informed of the progress and was very pleased with the completed repairs. They even buffed out some scratches that were not part of the damage and did not charge me. Everyone at the shop is professional and cares about their customers.

Honestly, I wish they had a tire sister store, or a location that also did oil/changes and maintenance because I would go to them in a heart beat.

They were so thorough and clear with their inspections. They took the time to walk me through what they were doing and why they were doing it and since they're a preferred place with my insurance (state farm) the handled all the submissions of estimates and claims. It was so simple and easy to get everything processed.

Everything looked great until I went and rolled down my passenger window… it’s making a loud scraping noise as it goes up and down and doesn’t looked fully aligned. It wasn’t like that before I turned my car in so if you can call me next week to look at it and hopefully fix it (no charge) that would be great. Thank you. Like I said everything looks great but the window is bad.

Staff was friendly and they were very communicative about the process of fixing my car and when it would be ready. They did a wonderful job with the repairs as well.
