Absolutely phenomenal experience at Dougs auto body in Standale! After a fender-bender with a deer left my car looking like it had lost a fight with a shopping cart. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, friendly, and transparent. They gave me a detailed estimate upfront (no surprises!), kept me updated throughout the entire process with texts, emails, and even finished the repairs a full day earlier than promised. The quality of the work is flawless—the paint match is perfect, you literally can't tell where the damage was. My car looks brand new, inside and out (they even detailed it as a bonus!). It's clear these guys are true craftsmen who take real pride in what they do. Special shoutout to Carla for going above and beyond to make everything stress-free.
