They staff at Doug’s are amazing. We had a car break in and did not know where to begin. Doug’s staff stepped in and took over. They ordered the tow truck. Gave us a loaner car. And repaired the vehicle back to “normal”. I can’t thank them enough for making a stressful event so easy to navigate.

While my car was still operable I really appreciated Doug’s being able to work with my schedule-having my own car to borrow during the process and having them make that timeframe work for their schedule was extremely helpful. Picked up the car and everything looked well done!
