From the time i filed claim and my repairs were complete was one week. Amazing. Text alerts in progress, very complete assessment of needed repairs and follow through. Flawless repair. I was given a loner car. Nice car. Completely hands free With you all and State farm. My car was spotless inside and out. Staff was remarkable. Polite. Kind. And i could go on and on. I will refer anyone i know. And would be any kind of advocate for other customers if needed. Great job and Dougs brings back that old flavor of customer service. Thank you all so so much ....

My truck was not at all the way it was before I got in a accident. Replacement parts where more than used and the pant quality is poor. Also the cleaning inside and out was poor unsatisfactory.
