I had the ultimate experience with Doug’s Auto Body. It all started with Carla on the phone. She was knowledgeable, friendly and experienced in her job position. The shop had a loaner vehicle available for my use during the repair. My vehicle was completed earlier than expected and everything about Doug’s exceeded my expectations.

From start to finish the customer service was EXCELLENT. Very first impression from first contact was so professional that any stress I was feeling completely evaporated and I only had complete confidence this would be the BEST. And everything played its coarse from streamlined insurance to streamlined rental car agency. EVERYTHING was a perfectly choreographed-like event and I thank all professionals involved. Overall I had a great experience getting my car done at Doug’s Auto. They were very friendly and very communicative on how my car was doing in the shop.
