I am incredibly satisfied with quality of work provided by Doug’s! A Muskegon resident, I found myself in a car accident in the Walker area on a snow-stormy evening. Towing my damaged vehicle to Muskegon was not an option that evening and not knowing of reputable places in the area, I went with the towing service’s recommendation of Doug’s Auto Body. It was a great recommendation and will consider Doug’s for future repairs because the service was really that good! The best part was the consistent communication they maintained with me throughout the process. They worked really well with my insurance company- making the process really easy for me. They were able to start the work sooner than expected. And they are really nice! Highly recommend! It appears as though Grand Valley Towing is associated with Doug’s - adding a plug here for them too! Very good service, professional and very helpful getting me to a safe location so I could sort out how to get back to Muskegon that evening. Thank you!

You kept me updated every day on the progress on my vehicle. My truck was extremely cleaned on the inside and the work on the outside looks amazing, you can’t even tell something had happened. Everyone was very nice to work with. Got me in asap and the truck was done on the date they gave me.

The repair was great. The vehicle drives great and looks like nothing ever happened. The work was even done earlier than initially expected. The only concern I have is that the trunk was accessed for the spare tire location. There were hitches, straps, and other items that were just tossed in and not replaced after the repair.
