I was very happy with my collision repair. I was not happy about not getting a quote I requested to repair some additional spots on my car. I asked about quote and was told it was emailed to me. I checked my email, my spam folder and trash folder and never received a quote. It would have been a perfect time to have this done since I had a paid for rental car and the paint was mixed for other repair work. I was told when I picked up my car a quote was emailed. I checked my email, spam folder and trash folder. I never received an email. The communication on my collision repair by Jess was topnotch.
