The estimated completion date was wrong twice. As someone who often works out of town I had to make sure I had plans to ensure my car could get picked up and the rental dropped off for those dates. That combined with my scheduled drop off day/time being a surprise when I showed created a little frustration.

I was totally satisfied with the exterior work and look of my vehicle. Like it never happened. The electrical issue,as a result of the accident, still persist. No oil pressure, brake lights stuck on and a host of other issues. People that I dealt with were fantastic. Jacky and Adam were so kind and understanding.
