Friendly staff, knew what they were talking about and kept their word on time frame .. cleanliness, smelt amazing . I spoke to a few staff members each one was so respectful and knowledgeable on my vehicle. I didnt have to call for any updates .. the text messages placed my mind at ease .. would definitely use them again and would refer you guys to anyone and everyone.. 10 out of 10.. for sure an easy 20!!! Thanks again for the great work on my vehicle.. easy process from start to finish

This is the ONLY place I bring my vehicle for repairs AND the only place I recommend to friends and family. Dugan’s is thorough in their communication and work performance. Everyone from the front desk to the guys in the shop is friendly and welcoming. They truly work by the motto “if you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy””. Thank you again Dugan’s for another great experience in a not so great situation.

The staf is real nice and polite and they answer all my questions and when I went to pick up my vehicle they went over all the work that was done to it and what was replaced and the imperfection that I found on it they fixed it I was very satisfied with the work and quality they performed on my vehicle

Drivers side door that was replaced is still not sitting flush with the other door. Still lacks some adjustment.
