Dugan’s Body Shop did a wonderful job on my wife’s Cadillac Escalade repair. They communicated along the way and even finished sooner than originally expected. I would highly recommend Dugan’s.

The wrong wheel was ordered and I’ll have to schedule to bring it back in to get the correct wheel mounted along with a trim piece and film that was missed on rear right quarter panel. Everyone was nice and did their best.

Didn’t finish putting my pieces back right how they go left them out of place, didn’t paint the whole door inside, shows a different color like if it was used thought I had a new one put on or at least paint it like new. Paint was a lil dirty and pieces not aligned right.

We were surprised at how quickly the repair was, we were holding out getting a rental car because our insurance pays for 30 days, and expected a longer time in the shop. We were wrong! So glad we took it to you!

Everybody I had to speak with was very friendly. They gave me an approximate time they would have my truck ready and it was actually a couple of days before. They did a great job as well. I would recommend this body shop to everybody. Thanks

Everything was great with my experience other than I wasn’t notified of delays on my vehicle and when I called for updates I was told I would receive a call back. I was also told my vehicle would be ready Friday at 4 and returned my rental car and went to eat with my family. I was called at4 and was told my vehicle was ready and I said perfect I’ll be there at 5 since yall close at 6. I was told that’s not possible since they would be closing early, I had to be there at 430 or not have my vehicle for the weekend. My truck looks great and they did a good job on it, I was told I would recieve a call today about my back ordered parts and did not so I’m just hoping I can get my tuck finished soon. I know I put quite a bit of negative in the post but overall I’m satisfied and would use dugans again.
