They texted several times with updates, but said if my car was delayed they would call and let me know. Apparently my car was delayed and I didn’t hear anything so I had to call myself to find out why it was not ready on the expected date. They were still painting. We didn’t even know it was finished until State Farm called to ask how long it would be so we could renew the lease car for another couple of days. Someone told State Farm they’d called the day before and left us a message it was ready to go. We never got a phone call or message on our phones.

These guys are the very best at what they do ! We don’t trust anyone else with our vehicles! One other time we went to caliber collision and we had to take that car immediately to dugans and apologize for “cheating” on them and ask them to fix it correctly ! Never again ! We know where to go to get it done right the first time !!

When I brought my vehicle in, I told them I had to have it by a certain day because we were traveling for heart surgery. Or, I could bring it back when we returned home.
