I can’t say enough good things about Dugan‘s Body Shop. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. They are incredibly fast and reliable— they had my car done, even sooner than expected, and the results were nothing short of amazing. The workmanship was flawless, and you could tell they really take pride in what they do. What really sets them apart is their professionalism and attention to detail. They kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I felt confident about the repairs being done. It’s hard to find a body shop. Overall they did a great job but they kept it a day past when my insurance would pay for a rental & Dugan’s told me the estimated date to be finished was 2/10 and it wasn’t ready till 2/21 and then I still had to bring it back a week later to get final strips put on.
