The staff is great at Dugans. Amy and Lydia do an excellent job of keeping you informed. They always follow up as promised. Dugans has excellent customer service. Those two girls deserve a raise. Dugans does a great job on repairs and body work. In Odessa I only trust Dugans to work on my cars. Colby has a great team.

Front desk girls do a great job.The girls working in the front office are very professional, friendly and take the time to answer any questions you may have. If they don’t have the answer they will connect you with someone who can give you an answer. They do a great job of returning your calls and following up.
