Estimater was clear on repairs and possibility of "hidden" damages. When hidden damage was found, they explained options and kept our cost manageable. Scheduling was easy and they were considerate that this was a company vehicle and we would have to rent a replacement (from another vendor) while ours was being repaired.

The repair was done well the customer service from farm bureau was very poor. We didn’t get timely communication from the adjuster and their lack of communication caused the repair to take far longer than it needed to. I felt that I had to constantly call for updates because nobody was telling us what was happening until everything was done. And nobody was monitoring to update the rental for the delay.

The work was exactly what I wanted. The staff is friendly and helpful. I received a ride to the rental location from the Manager Kim, as my Uber never arrived. I appreciated the detail work done on the inside of the vehicle. It was unexpected.
