Your quote was an honest quote and you didn’t play the game of lowballing and then “finding” additional areas that needed to be fixed. We received three estimates. Two of the companies tried to play this game.

I am always happy with the job that you guys do. Unfortunately, I’ve had to bring one of our cars too many times to you over the last few years. Having an experience with another body shop last year really made me realize how good of a job you guys do with customer service, attention to detail and overall customer satisfaction. Little things like cleaning the inside of the car may not seem like a lot, but it’s a great touch.
