Overall it’s been a terrific experience. Everyone has been helpful and informative. This would be a 10 rating, however upon picking up our vehicle, there was a bumper crack, which needs repair. The staff was very willing to make this right.

Was given estimate of 3-4 days. On day four I called and was informed it would be five days. Disappointing to suddenly need to find rides for family and wonder if I would have been informed if I had not called.
