They wouldn’t be my first choice because of the communication contradictions and the distance between the city and the shop.

The repairs were alright, we did notice that the replacement part was different to the original part we had. Also, the rear camera now has a blurry section in the top left corner that limits visibility - we didn’t have this problem before.

Communication was prompt but there was some unnecessary pressure or panic tone that made things unnecessarily stressful at times. Communication between insurance and the garage also seemed to be limited because the collision people will often contradict what insurance had shared with us.

We've used Ed's several times (more times than I care to remember) and this was the first time I was even slightly disappointed in initial lack of communication but Andrea was great in making up for that. Very satisfied in the quality of the repair once again.
