They went above and beyond. I brought the vehicle in to get a door panel fixed. Not only did they do a great job with the repair, they cleaned the whole interior as well. Very impressed.

Where do I begin, the positive paint match is pretty good. Cons: poor prep work on front header, sanded off body lines on front header, not well fit, appears that headlights are installed but not adjusted, making for bezels that were difficult to install, headlight and turn signal bezels installed left on right side, right on left side. No time taken to make grilles centered or at anything close to correct depth. Paint cracked behind left headlight bezel, found while switching bezels to correct sides. Car barely running when picked up, not probably their fault but being run in and out of the shop for 2 months never up to operating temp doesn’t help.

For the most part the communication was non existent. There were other repairs that I had asked to be estimated that I was interested in having done while parts were being ordered and arriving which never was addressed. The project was started only after all the parts were delivered putting the entire project in a rush, and of course it showed. I was expected to pay the deductible on pickup, even though Chris was very aware of my dissatisfaction. I didn’t have to point out the flaws, Chris had no problem pointing them out. In retrospect, I should never have considered Ed’s Collision to take care of the minor damage to my ‘79 Camaro.

Andrea was fantastic. She laid everything out with all the possibilities. Worked really well with Insurance. Got me a loaner car for free to use while mine was being worked on. Speedy fix and stayed with only having to pay the deductible.
