While the customer service was friendly, it would have been helpful to have more communication about the status of the repairs. When I dropped my car off Tuesday, the estimate was that it would be ready later that week or perhaps early the next week. I checked in on Friday and was told that it would likely be ready by the middle of the following week. I didn't receive any updates until I got an email on Wednesday saying my car would be ready the next day but with no further context. I called the next day to get an update and received a text later in the day saying my car might be ready on Friday. There were circumstances outside of the shop's control that delayed the repairs but it would've been helpful to have regular updates throughout the process.

Every hail damage spot was completely removed or repaired. Car looks new again (was only one year old. Interior was cleaned as well.
