The only thing I want to give feedback on is for is not getting frequent updates on my car status and repair. Only received 2 calls and then I was having to call Euro Collision for updates after that (daily) for the duration of my one week car repair. Everyone was super friendly and professional! The front desk ladies are super helpful and friendly. Anthony did say he would speak to IT on getting updates via text cause apparently it was not working. I only received 2 updates total.

The repair looks excellent visually. You can’t tell where the damage was repaired and painted. I really liked that the service kept me updated throughout the repair process. The repair took less than a week, which is a very reasonable amount of time. I’ll be able to fully evaluate the quality after some time has passed. If everything continues to look and work as it does now, I will definitely recommend Euro Collision to everyone I know. I hope I never have to use a service like this again, but if I ever do, EURO COLLISION will be my first and only choice.
