My only complaint was the length of time to complete the repair. However, I don't think European & US were responsible for this. It was more the fault of the insurance company.

European and US Collision Repaid did an amazing job replacing and painting the front bumper of my 2022 Corolla. Not only is the end result seamless, they also washed and cleaned the outside and inside of the car, leaving it in way better condition than I expected. Highly recommend.

So far, it appears the service requested (oil change and tire rotation), was done fine. My issue is with really important information not being shared and the price of services being very expensive for what we are used to paying. On the first point. I scheduled this appointment about one week in advance for 9 a.m. I found out when I dropped the car off that the mechanic would not be in until 2 p.m. and that I may not be able to pick my car up on the same day. I’m not sure why I was allowed to set an appointment for a time several hours ahead of when a mechanic would show up. I later found out that the shop didn’t have the correct oil for my car. So again, even though we set an appointment in advance, the shop had neither a mechanic or necessary parts for what I view as fairly routine work. Then comes the price. $250 for an oil change and tire rotation. Although I received a receipt, I never received a bill of services, so I actually can’t explain why this was such an expensive visit. I also have no idea what kind of oil was used in my car, which is valuable information as I continue to care for the vehicle. One positive I want to highlight: The only person who communicated anything effectively was Diamond. She was the one who called and explained the situation with the parts, and while I would have appreciated it if she highlighted what the final cost would be, but she answered follow-up questions thoughtfully and delivered time-related updates professionally. The real kicker is we chose this shop over the Ford dealership specifically because we wanted to support our neighborhood shop instead of taking our car to the dealership. Ford also tops off any fluids when we get similar work done and still comes in less expensive. I have no idea if fluids were refilled because, again, I received no bill of services. Unfortunately we will likely not return to this shop.

I am very very particular and my vehicles are Mercedes Benz, Alfa Romeo, Cadillac Escalades, etc. Time and time again they have saved me Thousands of dollars from going to the dealerships. The Customer Service has always been Quintessential!
