Never received updates on the status of the repair. I would have to call in to get updates. Date of completion kept being pushed back without notifying us and we were without the car for about a month and half

One thing is unpleasant (also unpleasant) is that I got charged with a nail on the loaner carâs tire... the pressure for all tires runs low initially and I was not remind of check either tire pressure or condition... itâs a long story... in short, this unexpected experience is pretty disappointing
