My car was brought to them because of an accidebt. The person who was at faults car insurance was contracted with fabricante. They of course went the cheapest route and used after market parts. Suppose to be ready on a friday and i hadnt heard from them. I had to reach out to them and they said it would be ready later that day and would call me. 20 mins before they closed, i still hadnt heard from them. I called at 510 pm and they said oh sorry wont be ready until monday. I call monday and its ready. I show up to get my car and theres an electrical issue with a light they replaced. The enyire passenger side of my car is scraped in several places front to back. The hood has bubbles in it in several places and they tell me its from rock chipping ( they werent therr when i left my car). I drop my car off when i have the opportunity 5 days after its picked up, for them to fix the scrapes on the passenger side. Drop it off and was told it would be an hour. Show up an hour and a half later and they tell me its not ready and theyre about to bring it back to work on. No phone call no nothing. Have no intentions on fixing the paint mess up on my hood either.

Steven and the entire staff were attentive, respectful and professional throughout the entire process. I felt none of the stress that you would normally associate with having your vehicle repaired following an accident. The quality of work was fantastic. I had a few concerns when I attempted to pick up the vehicle the first time, but Steven took care of them immediately. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't pick it up the day that I thought, but I was more pleased and impressed with how they handled the situation. I would highly recommend anyone needing vehicle repair to your facility. You have a new customer that will come back if the a similar situation arises.
