Fabricante Auto Body offers a relaxed and stress free collision repair process. We work closely with you and your insurance company to ensure your vehicle is repaired properly and promptly. Approved by MBUSA for successfully meeting the criteria as established by Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC. We are also Tesla, Honda and Acura Certified. The service manager was very informative kept us constantly informed as to the progress of our repairs. Was pleased that our automobile was completely cleaned when we went to pick it up and she answered all of our questions and everything just looked great.

Very happy with the quality of work and communication. The main issue is that it took over a month to repair the vehicle with at least one delay due to a need to repaint due to a scratch found on the previously repainted area.

Car trim was removed for repair and when replaced now there is noise coming through window when driving at freeway speeds. Called and let them know. They said they would call me back and I never heard back…
