Your technician Mr. Pozaic didn’t actually Job on my vehicle and explained to me about everything about the repairs. He went way above board to handle my repairs.

Was very happy with the job. They did Faulkner collision center did a great job. Also had squirrel damage I presume from the truck sitting around the third location they took care of all that also from formula wiring thanks again and I improve my policy to include rental insurance, why my agents didn’t put that in my policy originally I did not know but it cost me a lot of money just because of them but thank you very much for everything. You did a great job and so did Faulkner collision center and one employee Dave Pozaic went way beyond his job title to make sure everything was done right thank you.

Rush job.over spray all over entire vehicle. Spots of clear coat missing in areas where I don't know why you touched. Orange peel on plastic bumper. Took longer to finish job. Costing me extra rental fees besides me not getting my deposit back from Enterprise. You never finished putting my vehicle back together the time before when you had it on top of it. You help arrange nothing with the rental car company as you promised you would take care of. I been a customer of Faulkner and used them ever time when needed for over thirty years plus. I never had a issue with Faulkner till I moved to Carisle area
