My car was full of trash, dirty and old hinges were thrown in the back seat. I also would like to know why there is 50 extra miles on my Jeep. The experience started out fine but ended in a mess. The service manager was alerted to the mess I found in my Jeep when I went to get in it. He took it and came back 2 mins later gave me the keys and said I wiped it down inside and removed the hinges. My Jeep was very very clean when I brought it in and I would expect after 2 weeks of it being at the dealership it should be returned to me in the same condition if not better, not to mention the inside not being sanitized after who knows how many people were in my car! Not happy at all. The ball of Trash that was left in the passages footwell was disgusting. I was going to order new tires but I will go elsewhere.

Awesome experience. Only a little confusing with 2 texts I received Friday. 1 st said my car would be ready on Monday, second said my car was ready and I would receive a call to schedule pick up. I finally called on Monday and was told it was ready. Not a big deal, just wanted to get loaner back if expected.

When I walked into the shop, there were at least 4 employees that walked by me and did not even ask how they could help. Lack of directions provided between rental person and person handling repairs. Lack of directions on returning rental.
