The dealer got me in super fast and also got my vehicle fixed fast. They kept me updated on everything that was going on and just overall very good service. I would recommend them to anyone that needs their vehicle worked on.

When I went to pick up my car at Feldman, the only person wearing a mask was the man that did our paperwork and brought us our car. Just ONE person! I did thank him for wearing his mask. He said his wife is a nurse. I saw at least 10 employees while inside the collision center and none of them had a mask on covering their mouth and nose. Some just didn't even have one at all. Others had it covering their neck or chin. I chose not to post it on the local Highland Matters Facebook page. I prefer to let you know through this survey in hopes that you will make a change in your mask wearing policy. I am a RN at U of M. I have taken care of Covid patients.Your lack of consideration for others during a pandemic is sickening! If I can wear a mask 13+ hours a day, there is no excuse for your employees to not wear one, especially when you have customers present. We currently have three cars in our driveway that we purchased from your dealership in 2019. We will not be returning to purchase any more vehicles from your dealership again.
