I dealt with Matt in the body shop and also needed a rental vehicle. Matt was very professional and I believe that he understood how meticulous I was about my vehicle after explaining my concerns about my truck possibly having over spray on it. He reassured me that I had nothing to worry about and he was right!! Great job to ALL who had their hands on my vehicle!

Process took entirely too long, the shop lacked basic communication with me about deadlines, there was never any sense of urgency from staff, and I felt like support staff at the facility were rude and unprofessional
