I have worked with Adam at First Team Toyota before so I knew this is where I was going to take my car for repairs. Adam is super helpful, kind, and professional - he even kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle during the week of Christmas and was helpful with a rental. 5/10 the time it took for the repair was passed two months. Sometimes I would t get an update till I called nor would I rarely get a call back. The work done was okay. The first time when it was supposed to be done. The clutch would engage and it was smoking and leaking liquids. So I returned it back. And did get it back till a month later than it was fully somewhat fixed. A day after getting my car back my driver side wheel barring was shot. My breaks wasn't bleeding properly. But Joe was honest and I did appreciate that.
