Two things stand out: the window and door locks on the driver side door were not returned to a flush state similar to what is on the passenger side door. Secondly, though the back driver side door had to be painted, the door handle was not and it is very obvious.

The initial experience was good with the Service Manager explaining the estimate process. He also followed up with me via phone call about some additional work that was needed after putting it onto a car lift. The pickup of the car experience was lackluster. The Customer Service Representative was busy on a smoke break and I had to wait 10 -15 minutes. I was told to look at the car before coming into the service center to sign papers. No one was there to explain anything about the repairs. The repairs were underneath the car, I couldn't see anything. The condition of the inside of my car was dirty and the steering wheel is filthy with scuff marks. The backseat had dirt all over on the passenger side. I am not sure why anyone would be in my backseat to perform repairs. The repairs appear to be fine, but I would appreciate if the staff would be more mindful to clean after themself when they are inside of the vehicle.
